John Anderson – Managing Director
As a Managing Director of a Taylor Woodrow subsidiary for 10 years, John established Taywood Lifestyle Homes, a specialist age exclusive housing division of the Taylor Woodrow Group in 1997.
John left Taylor Woodrow in 2002 to establish Princegate Estates aided by a deep understanding of the residential property market.
John Phillipson – Main Board Director
With over 20 years’ experience of property development in both the public and private sector, John is well placed to manage all aspects of planning issues.
As senior partner of Phillipson Moss Chartered Surveyors, John’s experience in negotiating with local planning authorities ensures Princegate is able to maximise opportunities.
Mike Quinlan – Main Board Director
Mike joined Princegate in January 2003 to complement the core skills of the company with a thorough knowledge of technical, commercial and production aspects.
Mike has over 20 years’ experience in the housebuilding industry, having been a Divisional Director of Taylor Woodrow and Bryant Homes.
Roy Ellis - Finance Director
With over 30 years boardroom experience in the construction industry, Roy has worked with Princegate since 2004 and is now employed full time as Finance Director. Roy has a wealth of experience in all aspects of the house building industry, and has been a Director at Barratt, McAlpine and Taylor Woodrow. He is also a member of the Wessex area Committee of the Guinness Trust.
